At Third Bridge, I played a pivotal role in transforming the Forum platform, a primary research tool, while reporting directly to the Head of Product. I transitioned the team to Figma, advocated for the adoption of Material Design principles to ensure WCAG-compliant accessibility, and introduced analytical tools like Hotjar to inform data-driven design decisions. In collaboration with development teams, I established a product delivery framework that integrated design into Agile workflows, creating a streamlined and efficient process. Additionally, I expanded the design team from one to four members, recruiting new talent, crafting job descriptions, and developing an onboarding program. To support team growth and structure, I implemented a team skills matrix to identify areas for development and ensure alignment with organizational goals. A key aspect of my role included mentoring a junior designer, guiding them in their collaboration with the Product Manager to refine MVPs and contribute effectively to key projects.
